I’m Tracey Lovie.

Welcome to Meridian Strata, I do things a little different here.

I have spent over 20 years in the Strata Management Industry. In that time I've done just about every job this industry asks of you. I've sat across the table in difficult meetings, worked through complex disputes, untangled finances that nobody else wanted to touch, and guided owners corporations through some of the most stressful periods of their lives. I know this industry from the inside out — not just the theory, but the reality of it.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what I believe in. We’re here to create relationships that matter, led by a shared commitment to quality and service.

My Approach

Modern living room with beige armchair, round white coffee table with a glass vase and flower arrangement, built-in wooden shelving with decorative items, and a sideboard with artwork.

I believe there's a better way to deliver strata management — one you can genuinely rely on. A service that keeps you and your owners corporation compliant with legislation, however delivered in a way that's relatable and comprehensive without being confusing.

I don't want to conquer the industry. I want to be different — to choose to align with the right clients who truly want a valuable service.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, let's be honest: would you have navigated to this page if you were truly happy with what you currently have?

Meridian Strata Group works with a select clientele, and I'm thoughtful about who I take on — not out of exclusivity for its own sake, but because alignment matters. The best outcomes happen when there's genuine trust on both sides.

The Highlands is my focus and my home. Serving this community is a privilege I don't take lightly.

Local for the Locals

The Southern Highlands is where I call home, and it shaped everything about how I wanted to build this business. This is a place with genuine character — sophisticated and unhurried, with a strong sense of community and an equally strong sense of standards. I wanted Meridian to reflect that.

To be the kind of practice that the Highlands deserves.

The Meridian Difference

What that means in practice is this: when you work with Meridian, you work with me. Not a junior property officer. Not a rotating team who don't know your building. Me — directly, consistently, and with your matter treated as if it were my own.
