How we manage

I manage in collaboration with your best interest in mind and desired outcomes. That said this is a heavily legislated industry and requires consideration on how to approach not just the day to day requirements but also any project being consisdered.

Driven by passion & Skill

I want to deliberately keep my client base small. That's not a limitation — it's the whole point. This means I can give every customer the attention you actually require.  My commitment is that I will show up prepared, and offer advice that is honest and in your best interest rather than convenient. I'm not interested in stretching myself across a hundred buildings and calling it service or dominating the industry.

I am a class 1 licensed strata managing agent and a proud member of the Strata Community Association NSW. I have a network of trusted specialists in my network that I will draw on when a matter calls for it.  While there's no large team behind the Meridian group, there is a career built over two decades that I can offer you and your owners.

Strata law is genuinely complex, and I know it can feel overwhelming, particularly for owners who never expected to need to understand it. My job is to make it manageable. To explain what matters, cut through what doesn't, and give you a clear path forward. In plain language. With no unnecessary jargon.
